generative typography

i have just ventured into the realm of generative art, where i am happy to have found nodebox, an application (built for mac os x) that uses python programming code to create 2d visuals. the creations can then be exported as a pdf and opened up in adobe illustrator for further creative manipulation.

here are some old typographic explorations that i am opting to post, as i compile some newer pieces (funny how most of one's designs from work really aren't worth showcasing...). at least that will serve as motivation to not only revamp those very pieces, the way they should have been designed, but to also continue to design and explore on my own free time.
